1. Scope of application
This procedure applies to the extent that a particular Socialu feature constitutes an intermediary service, a hosting service or an online platform within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (DSA).
Merely storing a Customer's private materials or publishing on external platforms does not determine that Socialu qualifies as an online platform.
2. Reporting content
Notices of potentially illegal content can be sent to office@socialu.ai, stating the address or identifier of the content, the reasons, contact details and a statement of good faith.
Socialu does not require disclosure of personal data beyond what is necessary to handle the notice.
3. Assessment and measures
Notices are assessed diligently, objectively and in a timely manner, to the extent required by the DSA. Possible actions include leaving the content, restricting its visibility, removing the content or restricting the Account, if there is an appropriate basis.
Where required by law, the person affected by a restriction receives a statement of reasons and information about the available means of redress.
4. Appeals and contact
An appeal against a moderation decision can be sent to office@socialu.ai, indicating the decision and the arguments. If a given feature is subject to the obligation to have an internal complaint-handling system, Socialu provides it on the terms of the DSA.
5. Misuse and transparency
Repeated manifestly unfounded notices or manifestly illegal content may justify proportionate measures provided for by the DSA, after taking into account the relevant procedural requirements.
If transparency reporting obligations apply, Socialu publishes the required information at the frequency set by law.
6. Points of contact
Contact for users and authorities in DSA-related matters: office@socialu.ai.
