1. Plans and renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically for the next billing period, at the price and on the terms indicated before purchase. Cancellation stops future renewal; access remains until the end of the paid period.
2. Credits in the Plan
AI Credits granted under a subscription can be used only in the current billing period. The unused part expires at the end of that period, without carrying over to the next one.
3. Additional AI Credits
Additional AI Credits purchased separately are recorded separately and remain valid with no expiry date for as long as the Account is maintained. Cancelling automatic renewal of the subscription does not in itself cause their loss if the Account exists.
After a paid Plan ends, purchased AI Credits remain in the Account; they can be used in the features available to the Account.
4. Charging and complaints
The number of Credits needed to perform an operation must be shown before it is launched or in the available price list. Credits are taken in the following order: first the Plan pool (or the trial pool), then bonus credits (those expiring soonest first), and finally purchased Credits. Credits for an operation are reserved and returned to the Account if the operation fails.
Failed operations, double charges and charging errors may be the subject of a complaint at office@socialu.ai.
5. Refunds and consumer rights
No voluntary pro-rata refund of the fee for an unused subscription period is provided. This does not exclude the right of withdrawal, the rights related to lack of conformity of the digital service with the contract or other mandatory provisions of law.
6. Account closure
Before closing the Account, the Customer should be informed of the balance of purchased Credits and the effects of closure. The fate of purchased, unused Credits is governed by consumer law and the terms communicated at purchase; their unconditional forfeiture is not automatically assumed.
