Multiple triggers

Customers arrive from different places — each gets their own path

One automation can have several triggers, e.g. a form, a comment and a new message. Each leads to its own blocks or to a shared path, and the “If it came from…” block splits the next steps by source.

Write one sentence and AI lays out the automation

In the “What do you want to automate?” box you describe your goal in plain words or dictate it. AI uses only blocks Socialu really has and sums up the triggers, the steps and what needs filling in. You make changes by chatting, and “Point and edit” changes a single block. Free of charge.

Auto-replies

A keyword in a comment — the reply and the message go out on their own

After connecting your account

Someone writes “PRICE” or “LINK” under a post, and Socialu replies under the comment and sends a private message with the link. You can check whether the person replied, add them as a lead and notify your team. All without a separate Messenger tool.

Email sequences are built in the same editor: email, wait, condition, A/B split and goal. A flow with a marketing email is switched on by someone with approval rights, and messages only go to people who gave consent.
